Launch guide/advices

In mod' launcher near the 'Start' button you MUST select the 'Free version' of the mod and also change region to that one that is the most close to you (Or to anyone that works for you). Once mod is launched wait for blue '[PanoramaScript] ok' string in opened console, as soon as you see it - console can be closed and mod can be opened with keybutton. If game is not launched after you click the start button and loader freezes for a few seconds and then crashes - the problem is your antivirus that blocks download of mod' library and it's injection!

Can i install configs and LUAs and where do i put them?

Configs installation path: Game folder. To install pre-made configs and lua scripts for modification, you can click on the gear button, which it is located near the modification's launch button.
